About Us
Craftsmanship Rooted in Precision and TrustAt Ladd Creek Contracting, we believe your home should be built to a higher standard. Based in La Grande, Oregon, we specialize in high-end kitchen and bathroom remodeling, custom finish carpentry, and outdoor living spaces designed to stand the test of time.
Our Background
Our journey began by building custom tiny homes for Rich's Portable Cabins. When you build a luxury home inside a highly restricted footprint, there is zero room for error. Every square inch requires structural integrity, perfect spatial design, and meticulous finish carpentry.Today, we bring that same culture of uncompromising precision into traditional residential remodeling. We don't just update spaces—we re-engineer them to maximize functionality, beauty, and comfort.
Why La Grande Homeowners Trust Us
We know that remodeling your home can feel overwhelming. That’s why we’ve built our business on three simple pillars:Honest, Reliable Service: We show up on time, keep our job sites exceptionally clean, and maintain transparent, fixed-price contracts so there are never any financial surprises.Efficient Two-Man Crew: We don’t run massive, chaotic crews, nor are we a solo contractor stretched too thin. Our dedicated, highly skilled two-man team provides the perfect balance—offering the speed and heavy-lifting capacity to finish your project quickly, with direct, daily communication from the business owner.Built for Eastern Oregon: We understand what it takes to protect a home from our harsh winters and hot summers. We focus on durable, weather-resilient materials, and building methods that suit the unique character and needs of La Grande houses.
